1 Introduction to Samunjin old ferry.

Samunjin refers to an old ferry, and during the Joseon Dynasty, there was a Gyeongsang-do government office.

It played a central role in supplying goods flowing in from the lower reaches of the Nakdong River to the Daegu area, and transporting goods from this area to other regions. It is also said that merchants used it as a boat route from Busan to Daegu up the Nakdong River.

This Samunjin ferry site is also where the first piano was introduced to Korea by American missionary Side Botham on March 26, 1900.

Nearby is Samunjin Historical Park, where a plan to create an urban waterside park, including the restoration of Samunjin Tavern Village, was established in 2013, and the Gangjeongbo of the Four Major Rivers Restoration Project is located nearby.

This is located in Seongsan-ri, Hwawon-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu Metropolitan City, and is a bridge that crosses Goryeong-gun on the other side.

Samunjin refers to a ferry that was used in the past to transport goods, and now there is a four-lane bridge in both directions, and the traffic volume has increased significantly.

I vaguely remember the time when I used to ride a small boat to cross from one shore to the other.

The sunset seen from under this bridge is so beautiful that many photographers visit.

They hold exhibitions and make postcards with the photos taken here.

The sun sets in the west every day, but it is very difficult to take photos and keep them.

I also visited here and took a few photos.
